Products & Fit

Do NAT’S shoes fit true to size?

Yes. NAT’S shoes are engineered to follow foot-shaped fit principles, delivering a secure midfoot hold with natural toe-room.

We recommend using our StrutFit scanner for the most accurate result.

What types of conditions can NAT’S shoes be used in?

NAT’S shoes are designed for technical hiking, fast treks, mixed terrain, gravel paths, forest trails, and urban exploration.

Thanks to Vibram® MegaGrip outsoles and Dyneema® reinforcements, they perform exceptionally well on both wet and dry surfaces.

Are NAT’S shoes waterproof?

Our first-generation models are not fully waterproof, but the Dyneema® and engineered mesh upper provides fast drying, high abrasion resistance, and all-weather breathability.

Waterproof versions with membrane technology will be released in future collections.

Do NAT’S shoes have arch support?

Yes. NAT’S uses a PU arch-support insole combined with an ACF® (Artificial Cartilage Foam) shock-absorption pad, delivering stability and cushioning for a wide range of foot types. If you’d like stronger arch support, you can select our EVA arch-support insole, designed for medium to high arches, on the product page.

Can NAT’S be used on roads, walking, or indoors?

Absolutely.

Although engineered for the outdoors, NAT’S shoes remain lightweight, responsive, and comfortable for daily walking, travel, and indoor use.

Are NAT’S shoes designed for different gaits?

Our Gait Control Geometry—including a 6 mm heel drop, ergonomic TPU plate, and balanced midsole density—supports neutral gait patterns and helps reduce excessive twisting for more efficient movement.

How do I choose the right insole?

If you:

  • Want more cushion → choose the origional PU insole
  • Need stronger arch support → choose the medium/ high-arch support EVA version

Each NAT’S shoe comes with a balanced insole designed for all-day comfort.

What is Dyneema®?

Dyneema® is the world’s strongest fiber, up to 15× stronger than steel by weight, yet light enough to float on water.

In NAT’S shoes, Dyneema® panels reinforce high-stress zones, improving durability, tear resistance, and long-term stability—all without adding weight.

What is Vibram®?

Vibram® is the world leader in high-performance rubber outsoles.

NAT’S uses Vibram® MegaGrip, known for outstanding traction on wet, dry, and rocky terrain.

Our shark-tooth lugs and 1.5 mm base layer deliver stability, protection, and confidence on every surface.

What is ACF®(Artificial Cartilage Foam)?

ACF® is an advanced shock-absorption foam inspired by the cushioning properties of human cartilage.

It is built into the heel area of our insole and absorbs over 97% of impact, reducing fatigue during long walks or hikes.

Can I replace the insole with other types?

Yes. NAT’S shoes are compatible with most third-party insoles.
However, for best performance, we recommend using NAT’S insoles, which are specifically designed to work with our shoe geometry and fit system.

Product Care

How do I care for my NAT'S shoes?
  • Remove dirt with a soft brush after each use
  • Hand wash the upper using mild soap and cold water
  • Air dry only—avoid heat sources
  • Remove the insole occasionally to maintain freshness
  • Store in a cool, dry place

Proper care extends the lifespan of both the materials and the performance features.

Duties & Taxes

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

This depends on your shipping destination:

  • EU orders: Duties and taxes are included.
  • Non-EU orders: Duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery.
