NAT'S SIZE GUIDE
Find your ideal fit below. The millimeter (mm) size shown on our shoe box and chart refers to the recommended foot length, not the shoe’s inner length.
We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters or millimeters and matching it to the chart to find your equivalent EU, US, or UK size.

How to Measure Foot Length
- Tape a sheet of paper on a flat, hard surface to prevent slipping.
- Stand on the paper with your full weight evenly distributed.
- Ask someone to mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel.
- Step off and measure the distance between the two marks — this is your foot length.
- Measure both feet and use the longer measurement.
- If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for extra comfort or the smaller for a more secure fit.
Optional: Width Measurement (for Precision Fit)
- Measure the widest part of your foot (ball to ball).
- Compare both feet — choose the larger.
- NAT’S footwear is built on a medium width last. For wide or narrow feet, please contact support for guidance.
