We aim to deliver your NAT’S shoes as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find details on processing, delivery times, and shipping costs.

 

PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once dispatched.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

SHIPPING AREA

  • We currently deliver to most countries in the European Union and selected Asia-Pacific regions.
  • If your country isn’t shown at checkout, please contact support@natsfootwear.com for assistance.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

  • EU orders ≥ €120: Free shipping
  • EU orders < €120: €20 shipping fee

Notes
• Order value is calculated after discounts and before taxes/duties.
• If an order placed with free shipping is partially returned and the kept items fall below €120, the standard €20 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
• For non-EU destinations, fees are shown at checkout (rates may differ).

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking link and number.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 2–3 days to appear after dispatch.

 

TAXES

  • All orders are shipped directly from our central warehouse in China. Orders ship under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. Import duties, VAT, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and collected by local customs.
